Bella Empower
1. Initial contact
Typically, it's a family member who reaches out to me to express the type of session they would like or the reasons behind their desire to have a portrait session.
In most cases, they seek an experience that allows their daughters to step away from the daily concerns and, at least for a day, dream of being who they aspire to be. These young individuals are still in a stage where they are shaping their personality, but they have faced challenges that have deeply impacted them.
These sessions are designed to provide an immediate transformation and allow them to experience a positive change in their mood and perspective. It's a moment for each young person to feel uplifted and recognized.
2. Wardrobe
Tailoring to the session's theme, we help you select the wardrobe to infuse it with a more youthful vibe. Each session is individually crafted, designed specifically for every teenager after our initial meeting.
Additionally, we offer a personal shopper service to help you buy the dress of your dreams (this service has an additional cost; request a quote).
If you have the desire to acquire a stunning dress, we are here to assist you in the selection. Additionally, if you already have dresses at home that you would love to include in your photos, through a video conference, you can show them to me. Together, we will assess which one stands out best in the photographs and complements your unique style.
3. Make up and hair styling
Participation in makeup and hairstyling is entirely optional and is determined based on the specific type of session we plan. Whether we aim for a natural look or are exploring a characterization of a particular era or character, the choice is entirely up to you.
Similarly, the decision to engage in hair styling also depends on your preferences and the unique style we aim to achieve for the session.
4. Location
In every photo session, we meticulously choose the location to make it not only meaningful but also to contribute uniquely to telling your story. Our team selects places that can represent you or locations that hold special significance for you.
Each location is chosen with the intention of creating an authentic and meaningful backdrop, thus contributing to the visual narrative we are constructing together.
4. On the day of the photoshoot
We'll meet early in the morning to begin the makeup and hairstyling process. This step, which typically takes about an hour, will be tailored to the length of your hair and the desired outcome.
We'll select the dress that best accentuates your figure and reflects your personal preferences. If you bring your own and wish to blend it with our available options, absolutely! Here, the possibilities are as vast as your imagination.
During the session, we'll have the opportunity of one wardrobe change. Additionally, depending on the length of your hair, we'll explore the option of a hairstyle to add a fresh and distinctive touch to your appearance. The idea is for you to enjoy a unique and completely personalized experience!
5. The Photographs
Approximately two weeks after the photo session, we will coordinate a meeting to deliver the album containing the best captured photographs. In the event that you are distant or we cannot meet in person for the session, the images will be sent to the address of your choice.
Once you have received the printed album, I will provide you with the link to access the online gallery of all the photographs. My belief in the value of printed images on paper leads me to prioritize the delivery of printed photos to my clients, followed by digital versions.
Additionally, I offer the option to print a poster with your favorite images. If you'd like more details about this option, feel free to ask. We can explore different mediums that best suit your home and discuss pricing based on the desired dimensions.
6. Image rights
Due to legal requirements, I am obliged to provide a contract to regulate the image rights of models before starting the photo session. I would like the opportunity to incorporate some images from the session into my portfolio.
This procedure is necessary under current legislation, which requires me to formalize these aspects to guarantee appropriate use of the images.
